Volunteering

The Come Again Players is an all-volunteer, non-profit group and we pride ourselves on the community that we have worked hard to cultivate. Our cast works diligently throughout the year to hone their crafts, to rehearse their roles and to support one another.

“How Do I Help?”

Most folks would assume that we are looking for on-stage actors – this is always true!

In addition, there is quite a lot of off-stage work to support the fabulous folks you see on-stage! Some off-stage roles needed to put on a show include: lighting technicians, prop and set-piece handlers, makeup artists, stage managers, helping hands, merchandise sellers, marketers, volunteer recruiters, prop builders, costume makers, CRAP Kit builders, inventory managers, trainers, directors, producers, A/V folks and more!

There are also many leadership and organizational roles which work together to define and manifest our community. The volunteers who take on these roles are significant contributors to the existence of our community. Driven by their belief in both the mission and the goals of the charitable organization, some of our volunteers have contributed to a truly remarkable degree.

If you’re seeking recommendations, head over to our “Help Wanted!” page, where we list our most pressing needs! We are always looking for new friends & family!

There are no auditions required for you to join us for either on-stage or off-stage roles and we are eager to help you learn more about the many ways in which you could contribute to our community!
